By accessing or using the rahaph platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the rahaph platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through negotiation. rahaph's failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
